Frequently asked questions
Is the electric nasal irrigator safe to use daily?
Is the electric nasal irrigator safe to use daily?
Yes, daily use is completely safe and actually recommended for best results. Regular rinsing helps flush out allergens, dust, and irritants before they build up and cause congestion. We recommend using it once in the morning to start your day breathing clearly. If you have a pre-existing sinus condition or have recently had nasal surgery, consult your doctor before use
What solution do I put in it, can I just use tap water?
What solution do I put in it, can I just use tap water?
We strongly recommend using a saline solution rather than plain tap water. You can use the included saline packets mixed with clean, lukewarm water, or make your own using non-iodized salt and distilled or previously boiled water. Using plain tap water can cause irritation and may introduce bacteria into your nasal passages.
Will it hurt or feel uncomfortable?
Will it hurt or feel uncomfortable?
Most users find it surprisingly comfortable, especially once they find the right pressure setting. We recommend starting on the lowest setting for your first few uses and working your way up as you get comfortable. The pulsing flow is designed to mimic the body's natural nasal rhythm, making the experience much gentler than traditional squeeze bottle irrigators.
How do I clean and maintain it?
How do I clean and maintain it?
After each use, rinse the nozzle and reservoir with clean water and let all parts air dry completely before storing. Once a week, disassemble the unit and wash all removable parts with warm soapy water. Never submerge the main motor unit in water. Replace the nozzle tip every 1–3 months depending on frequency of use to maintain hygiene.
